Cold Hearted Gelato is a female owned, chef driven gelato shop in Plaza Midwood neighborhood of Charlotte, NC, opened in August 2022.

 

Chef Elinn’s (pronounced "e-leen") love and passion for cooking started at a young age. At 11 she decided to be a pastry chef. Every step from there led her to work in some amazing restaurants in New York City, Newport, RI, and Charlotte, NC. The kitchen is where she fell in love with Gelato. Creating flavor combinations is her passion and that is the foundation of gelato; pure flavor.
